Good day,

My name is Ndivhuwo Ishmel Moleya and I am an attorney. I recently submitted an article to the SAJHR for publication. This followed the publication of an earlier article I penned on case law development pertaining to the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court on factual disputes and the application of settled legal principles in 2020.

I then prepared the second article in 2023 tracking latest case law on the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court regarding the proper application of settled legal principles, with the hope of submitting same for publication in the SAJHR. The response was however that the subject of discussion in the article was not fitting to the themes covered in the SAJHR.

I have looked up on some articles from the CCRJ and realised that the issues discussed in the proposed article may fall squarely within the themes covered by the CCRJ.

I therefore seek confirmation of whether I can submit the article for consideration for publication in the CCRJ and if so, to which email/contact person should I send the proposed article.
